Upcoming 4000w grow - Opinions/advice appreciated!

I'm used to being an outdoor soil grower out in the South Pacific 15 degrees from the equator. I usually only grow for my own medicine and to help other patients. However, due to the DEA/DOD'S Red Eyes In The Sky, and having the finances to back a larger grow, I'll be moving indoors.

Local gov't could care less about MJ, almost everyone I know smokes here on the island., and those that don't are impartial to the matter. Local 5-0 could care less about MJ, I've smoked with a few.

I will be growing with the following specifications, constructve crticism is greatly appreciated.

The Set-Up
Location:
Full concrete structure, private and secluded with adequate security and safety measures.
Grow room is 15wx15lx12h
Completely sealed and sterilized

Lighting:
4 1000w HPS/MH Ballasts
3 Sun System Harvest Pros
1 I don't remember the brand., but my mentor hasn't had any issues using it
4 ea. EYE Hortilux Super HPS and Blue Daylight Enhanced MH bulbs
Sun Systems Agromax Magnum Reflectors
Light Rail 3.5 mover

Cooling/Environmental controls
Split A/C (I forget the BTUs)
4 standard Home Depot bought fans for air circulation
Propane CO2 burner
Ona Breeze odor neutralizer and an Ozone/Anion generator
If heating or electrical issues arise, my mentor is a professional in HVAC/welding/electrical

The Grow -

Strains:
35 Nirvana Aurora Indica Feminized
35 Nirvana Papaya Feminized

Medium/Nutes:
Advanced Sunshine Mix #4 into 3 gallon square pots
FoxFarm Trio (Grow, Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom)

Plants will be germinated and started in a light soil/perlite mix and then trans'd to the pots with #4 mix.

Vegg for 4 weeks, then a 36 hour dark period, and then thrown into flowering.

Will experiment with topping, LSTing, and supercropping on a few but I'd prefer to follow the KISS method. Learning from my elders outdoors has taught me to keep grows simple yet well prepared.

The strongest scions will be taken for cloning and set aside into a vegging chamber later
Over 100+ clones will be taken, rooted, then vegged for 1 week into 2 gallon square pots then thrown into flowering. Looking to have a recurring harvest each month.

This Op will begin mid-February and closed in October until January as I need to finish up my Master's Degree

Alright RIU, what do you folks think of this plan?

Anyone have any opinions on the planned setup? Does this plan sound adequate for what I'm trying to do

set up sounds great. if i hear u right u plan on throughing 70 plants in 3 gallon pots in flowering room. that may be way to much. id dedicate 10 plants to each 1000 watt light. sunshine mix #4 is the best i mix it with fox farm light seed warrior. and water every other day.
what type of nutrient line?
id consider getting 2 more lights for the op and grow a fuckin jungle in there, also get a controller to control your atmousphere and your co2. good luck and keep us posted

However, my growin mentor.has taken me into his past ops and he got on average between 1.8 and 2.3 ounces per plant. 4 1000w lights with 40 plants per light and each light on a light mover. He used soil from his farmland as his medium.
His experience and simple methods are tried, tested, and proven with amazing results. He's about 20 years older than me and has been growing for over. 25 years.

Your inout is appreciated., and I will be expanding after first harvest, but I'm in no rush nor am I in any need of growing bigger than this plan.

light movers will help, thats a major jungle so 40 per light x4 =160 ?
