Look up the colorado assembly website on google and you will look for house bill 1284

It really hurts the Patient with a Primary Caregiver. The state is going to define what a Primary Caregiver must do for the Patient, adding new tasks and duties to the Caregiver, which means more time other than just growing will be required to be a Patients Primary Caregiver.

The Colorado Dept of Healthcare has been trying for over a year now to add more duties to Primary Caregivers. Hope they don't get their new definitions (what ever they come up with) past on HB10 1284 because it will really hurt patients who need a primary caregiver. Fewer primary caregivers = more patients paying $400.00 an ounce at dispensaries.
