Update on HB4271

Maybe I should invest in some music headphones, hmmmm....got a idea for a Xmas present for me....anybody else buy xmas presents for themselves...this way U always get what U want, lol

I don't agree with any of the arguments against 4271 but I can at least understand where reasonable people who didn't like it(not the LEOs) were coming from, but to reject 5104....

This is pretty sad :( Honestly I've not heard any pro nor con arguments for either piece of legislation this year. Other than the assumed pro and anti criminal prohibition stances in general, all I've seen is private email from dispensaries requesting that I contact my state rep in support. In the end avoiding public discussion and shuffling around backrooms of Lansing allowed them to die in the same silence they had been presented :(

What are these arguments against 4271 & 5104 and whom are presenting them?

What arguments? Same ones they have used for years. Whom presented? Our paid enemies.
The out come was set
True. But all those with vested interests already have a seat at the table. Without true public discussion and support, we have what we have here: disregard. Or Lil Johnny left to smoke his Charlotte's Web blunts or chew threw buds like a bowl of cereal so that his parents are not imprisoned and bankrupt with CPS taking over his healthcare needs and life. Definitely a sad day :(

Nothing good is going to come out of Lansing, if it wasn't for the people and how they voted back in 2008, we would not even have MM today. Ohio and many other states don't have MM. I'm not even sure if MM would still pass today if a vote was held, so maybe we should just be thankful for what we have.

They couldnt even vote on 5104.............. They are right.......... Fuck those sick people. They just clog up the system and bring everyone down. A true sad day indeed............. The Supreme Court said it and now the legislators have said it, sick people just don't matter. Funny how they listen when the sheriffs call them but when we call them they just laugh. What a fucking joke.
