that damage will set you back the amount of time it wil take to grow a new plant to that size.

start over.

check your temps, check your ph, check your watering, feed only when needed, that soil will have enough food for the first 2-3 weeks, then start at 1/4 strength increase if/when needed.

you can save it becuase top growth looks ok.

flush with double the size of the container, of water that has been phd to 7.

let the soil get bone dry. when the soil starts to dry out, it should come back.

you want water to run out the bottem of the pot. do it slowly and gently

Ok. Well I flushed that one you see out a lot. Run off is at 5.5now. And the other 4 (look a lot better) I just re pot them into same pot getting rid of as much soil as I could with out hurtin roots. Then gave smaller flush.I need bigger pots(just found that out).. Hope they all get better.. So suggest watering every other day and givin it 5.1.1 evry month.

Well.. It's a closest.. 6 ft tall 430watt hps with exhaust pulling from top.. Small holes on bottom. Just nearly holds the door in vacuume. It stays cool with a fan
hitting down on top...they dry fast...

Check my grow journal. Its definitely a ph issue. I done the exact same thing with my plants that are flowering now. Only difference was my ph was in the highs 9s.
