Im looking on the web and i saw this light. Is it good for 2 plants?
I dont get when it says " $19.77/Each "
Do the bulbs come with it, or do I have to buy?

HD has %)))K lights at 42 w for $10 then $2 rebate
 
each ballast..the bulbs dont come with the FL so your gonna have to get FL tubes too..3-8 bucks a pack..if you want the good ones prolly like 6dollars each cool white with like 3800lumens
 
You DO NOT want those low Kelvin cool lights..For veg you need 6400K...For flower 2700K.. Don't be fooled by those "almost bulbs" I've been using the right ones for 2 years and they are great!
 
if you only got $20, I suggest you buy a bag o weed...
OR save your $ for a long time...
OR get a job...
OR don't grow weed in your parents house...

link three: 42 watts, 2700k (color temp), 2600 lm, suitable for flowering...low lumens...you'd need about 10 of these to bud one plant.
link four: 30 watts, 3500k (color temp), 2000 lm, barely suitable to veg one, very weak plant... very low lumens...you'd need about 20 of those.

my suggestion...because I did something very similar to what you're doing on my first grow, trying to grow without diggin
into your pocket...buy what others have bought...

1. H.I.D. light; metal halide or high pressure sodium
2. minimum of 150 watt, not equivalent to, but actual wattage, compact fluorescent light. also known as CFLs.
3. full size fluorescent tubes, T5's or T8's

the cheapest of these are the large cfls, but also the lease effective of the three, imo. all the links you've shown, that work, to bulbs, are crap. IMO
you just can't grow weed on $10 friend...

I was just commenting to a friend the other day about prices./.That's when I KNEW..that I was really an olde Phart1In the day an lb was$120-$150(for kine), now , around here reg is $60 per 7g up to $120 for designer and it's the same damn weed!! Oh, I know that there has been a whole lot of work done with genetics and the herb is far better, in most cases, than it was, still greed is rampant...

BTW back then it was all Sativa ...wonderful Sativa..
