urgent help needed with HPS wiring by 12pm tonight!!

hey i just bought a new hps light, i have sold my cfls and my plant needs to be lit at 12pm 2night.
however.
my lamp had not been fully wired, there is no cable to the socket. now normally i would be able to sort this no problem however this HPS with integrated ballast and ignitor is simply tooo confusing for me so i was wondering if any1 could help...
here r pics of the wiring. sorry it aint best quality they wer taken on my fone.
if some1 can help me out by midnight i will be FOREVER in their debt pleeeeease.
by the way my plant is a 1 month old ak48, if any1 is interested i will post pics.

are there any wires that arent already conected to something? do you have a power cord of some sort you could use, maybe a extension cord and cut off the end

yer i got a power cable thats got loose wires i know a certain amount about electrics its just i cant work out where i need to attatch the power cord to

It would probably help quite a bit if I could see the schematic that is on that yellow sticker...

Not knowing what kind of HPS it is or how many volts you are hooking it to the best I can do is point you in some direction. There are wiring diagrams for most HPS lights here:

well I am not positive on this, since I don't have a schematic on me. it looks like the terminal strip has a blue wire and a black wire there with nothing attached to one end. Take your cord and hook the black to black ( under the screw down terminal) and the white to the blue wire . Plug cord in and wait for something to happen...lol.

I was getting ready to tell him the same thing. The best I can tell the blue is his neutral wire , and white would still be hot, and I don't actually see a ground. Theoretically it would work without a ground, or at least mine does (not that that is safe, but it should get you thorough the night. I didn't see a schematic that matched that light anywhere.

Always save your old shit for backup...

and if i take a guess and put the wires in the wrong places is my lamp gonna explode or some shit like that lol.
oh and its a 400w HPS Industria 3050

It might pop the breaker if its wired wrong. if all shit breaks loose, just have a fire extinguisher ready and know which breaker its on. Most likely it will light up and work.
