Urgent Help - Over or Less Watered - POISONED - heat(light) Stress

Hi Guys...
I've had problems with leafminers and parasites that i solved greatly with Neem Oil (Bayer Neemazal t/s).

The plant has started the vegetative phase on the 22/07, and today is 40 cm tall. She grows very well until yesterday that i noticed THIS!!!!

I can try to explain you some of the main causes that led to this..

1)" LIGHT STRESS"- In the last two days, due to the bad weather condition, the plant doesn't absorbe the right quantitative of solar light. I put her indoor using reptiles lamp that i used with my turtle. That are these:

The plant has been illuminated 2 days ago for 10 hours, and yesterday for 6 hours, combining to some hours spent under sunlight during the morning and some of the evening. In the first day of illumination the plant seems be OK! very well strain and strong leaves. Yesterday night I noticed that the plant wasn't "charge and high with leaves" ( i mean that in the night the plant always was in the better form, with high-strong leaves and good smell!), she was a little bit curled and "depressed". I put her outdoor at 5 of morning and i watered her enough (not so much!) due to the fact that the last two days i watered her a little. And today the situation VERY VERY is worsened.

2) WATER STRESS - Maybe i hadn't watered so much in the last week, due to bad weather time and due to the fact that the soil under the surface was enough damp but absolutely not rotten!

Here is a pic of the soil:

3) Poisoned, maybe someone has put something in the plant because doesn't want her... do you know some substance that causes this illness?

Please... i don't know what to do... The plant has been today under solar light until 16:00... What should i do?

Thank you for your answer!!!
I put her 25cm close to the lamp. is has been 2 days ago continuously under TWO lamp between 16:00 and 1:00 and yesterday under ONE lamp (the big one that don't cause heat) from 18:00 to 24:00. Sorry i don't know what is "Fluro"... but if you mean the light of the lamp i've said it in the first anwer.. thank you so much... What i should do now? Put her outdoor under the sunlight or not?

I would put it outside and leave it out there, I would also, either plant her in the ground or put her in a larger pot.

Water more, less oftenly. Its better to have a wet/dry cycle instead of an always moist cycle. This will give you extra oxygen to the roots to speed up foliage and root growth. The dry cycle will also help prevent nitrogen toxicity and gnats ect. Also, if you are bringing your stuff outside then it is extremly important to use preventitive neem treatments.

I think that my adventure is ended. The stem is half yellowed, and the leaves are limp and lifeless. I tried to take the plant and to pour it. I doesn't expect anything, i've lost. But the damage over insult is that i don't know why the plant seems over-watered even if i don't water so much never... i think that the roots has rotted...

Thank you so much for your help, to EVERYONE, it will be for the next time, but INDOOR!

Moving a plant in and out constantly with varying degrees of light intensity and quality will cause it stress.

The plant don't look big enough to be root bound, looks over watered to me

when the top few inches of soil is dry I would add 500ml of water and wait till the the plants double its size before soaking the rootmass

Looks like over watering. Even, consistent, moisture without enough perlite, pumice, or other aggerates to enhance oxygenation to root zone creates anaerobic conditions leading to root rot. Stress from changing light schedules and indoor to outdoor light intensity would cause leaf burn, leaf loss if your not gradually adapting plants to higher intensity light. We learn the most, often when making our own mistakes and finding out what went wrong. Good luck. It gets better each grow. I'm always learning and keep an open mind. To better and bigger crops- Bud Karma

When plants have that droopy look its either from over watering or under watering. Over watering can cause root damage and cut off oxygen throughout the soil for the roots.
Also if the plant gets wet like from rain it gets like that them drys off and goes back to normal.
If it was poisoned, the plant within 7 days will start to turn yellow. If that ends up being the case. Put water then take the plant and soil out of the pot, throw away the old soil and put new soil. Doing this exposes the roots, you have to keep the plant in shade (not darkness) for 3 days then after introduce them to direct sun light or Indoor lights. Exposed roots transferred into new soil, direct light will cause the plant to die, keeping in shade won't cause them to die. Its called sleeping the plant
