urgent

damn..

ya a whole bunch of sprouts just died.
i cut my losses.

im gonna stick it out with her though.
She is a big plant, im thinking she can do it, all the other plants stopped growing.
she hasn't stopped at all she is still growing rapidly.
how often do you water your plants ? Do you wait until you can stick your finger in the soil down to almost the second line on your finger and it's dry before you water and are you using ph of about 6.8 and watering with distilled water or letting your water sit out in jugs or whatever without a top on it for 24 hours before feeding your plants with it

Damn, once I thought I was wrong but it turned out that I was mistaken. Lots of the Scotts gots nutes too. Fox Farms is the most popularly recommended soil on RIU, IMHO.

But there is plenty of room for debate. I am certainly no expert.

I usually wait til it get dry about to the first line down.

shit ill change that and see.

Im going to try some more plants.
for a sea of green.
but still have some i take extra care of.

I go almost to the second line but I have a little mild breeze blow on my babies with cfl until they get a foot or so tall then I put them in 3 gallon and under 400 mh and they grow crazy with the help of superthrive big and green :leaf:

really.

well im just so excited.
this is my first grow and im not doing too bad.
nice I have a few grows under my belt but one of my best ones was the first one I put holes in my cup when there seedlings for drainage with a good air flow for the plants and it's worked great for me so good luck and remember to tranplant them to bigger pots as they get bigger so they won't get root bound goodluck

i was thinking about doing that.
the plastic cup drainage
I add 4 to 6 at the bottom of the cup to help the roots get more air and when I water them I don't add alot I go off of the size of my plant I soak the soil when I first put my seeds in then I lightly water just keep the soil moist until the plant starts to really grow and I fell if you really take care and keep a organized grow scedule you know when to add more water and you will get to where you know how many gallons your plant needs when feeding good airflow with good light makes fast grow
