:?yo outdoorsmen, just wanted to share a little trick i use, probably most people have already heard this, but for everyone else, when growing outdoors, one will find that many mamals and insects really enjoy getting baked on a mouthfull of your precious babies, NOW your probably thinking , what ever will i do to stop them and how much will it cost me$$ my answer is 0$ just pee an invisible perimeter line arround your plants, this will stop most of the mamals, if you dont visit your plants that often then just collect a couple litres of your peepee, lol and mark your damn turf,, LOL

i always get a tim-horton's large coffey before i go visit my plants, that way buy the time i get there im good and ready to spray my own repellant,,, yeah i KNOW im a freak!! LOL but it works for me,

yeah pee a perimiter works.. i also make a fishingline barrier around the perimiter of the plants 2.. tie it to one tree and go around the trees around the plat a couple of times also works with string but make sure it's a camo color to blend with the enviornment.... pee always works.. i usually just cut off a couple of tubs or old buckets and fill it wit pee and leave it around your area.. this keeps it there for a while instead of soaking into the ground

Yeah, oddly I always have to take a piss when I visits my spot, probably because I'm a little nervous, I always pee in a perimeter standing near the plant in an outward direction, does the trick with all animals (not sure about carnivores) and it's all natural and free pee!!!!!!!! ;)...,

Diuretic piss after drinking coffee/alcohol won't be nearly as strong as long formed urine..
Its effectiveness in general will depend on how accustomed to humans the local pests are.. If you're in an area where deer etc don't bolt at the first sign of humans, then they won't respect your urine..

I actually save my piss in gallon jugs during the early part of the season so I can take a few gallons out. Once animals become accustomed to it they stop respectin' the borders.

Careful, fishing line with dew sparkling on it in the morning will look like a huge spider web, or more likely like fishing line strung up to keep deer out of a patch. Braided line is less conspicuous.

If animals are causing unacceptable damage, like digging up roots, try a good layer of cayenne powder around the base of plants. If this still doesn't work, rat poison pellets drenched in molasses will usually keep the offending critter(s) from returning, or doing much of anything, for that matter. Make sure you keep it contained so no poison will get absorbed into the soil. If any poison remains, (they usually lick it clean) be sure to bag up, carry out, and dispose of the poison properly. Even just one pellet dropped outside of the patch might kill an innocent animal.

Don't let anyone see gallons of urine. Unless they can know what it's used for, you're probably going to have to make up some extravagant lie, which they won't believe, and will forever think that you are one twisted individual.

Pee works but can wash away. I used about 2 inches of barber hair as mulch around the base with a little dirt on top. it kept a valleyfull of very active and close deer at bay all season. it breaks down for food eventually. the gamepaths the deer took are great for mot makin you own trail..

I used predator urine...fox pee. Heavy the first time and then just a couple sprays here and there as a reminder, worked great. But that didn't stop the damn bugs.

I'm going to keep this in mind to drink a lot of water then visit my plants. I've been wondering how to keep those fucking deer away from my plants.

defenatly bros!! good observation about the deers being human shy or not, i actualy have some of the wild ones so any kind of foreign smell will prob be unapealing to them, but my friend lives in the suberbs where deer are protected by non-hunting laws therefore the deer become fearless of humans ,
PEACE:peace:

hey master kush, yeah urine works fine, especially with deer, but it might not work if the deer are used to seing humans, if your planting in the wilderness its fool proof, good luck:peace:

I live out in the wilderness so either my Chihuahua will keep the dear away (it's so funny watching that thing run after the deer) or I'm just going to piss around my plants since the deer always run when I walk out the door.

ive heard of this before!! but i never actualy pee'd arround my plants because i believe it makes it easier for dogs to find, and we all know whats attached to the other end of that leach, a wittle piggy,,,,, so dont try it, just let the deer do what they do and hope for the best

Police don't search like that.. Fly-overs are waaay more effective.. Furthermore you can't be identified by your urine under 99.9% of situations, and the remaining 0.01% wouldn't even be conclusive.. Worry about shoe prints, finger prints, hair, and cigarette butts.. If a police dog is in the vicinity you've already made a bigger mistake, and urine is a moot point since trained dogs and humans are FAR more likely to pick up on the cannabis smell..
