Hi. If all my grow consists of just a few plants of the same strain, should I use seperate seeds, or just one and use the clones for that same grow? Is there benefit to either? thank you

it depends...I personally grow clones indoor only & outdoors i prefer seeds. The reason i like seeds for outdoor is because, they have more time to veg. outdoor & if you use seeds you'll notice that they have much more vigor & overall better health Vs. clones. Clones are good for indoor, because you already know what the product is going to be like, smaller plants & you don't have to waste space on possible males from seed.

Grow a bunch of seeds if you have no mothers. Save a cutting from only the best seed(s) to make mother. Clone from mothers for consistently good results.

The quality of individual seeds varies. Only those seeds that have superior genetics should be saved as mothers. Cloning an inferior plant is a waste of effort if you've got plenty of seeds to gamble with.

Thing I like about seeds is that you get different phenotypes. So you get different highs and you aren't smoking the same stuff over and over getting used to it.

The benefits of using separate seeds would be the ability to select the best pheno out of them for future grows, greater variety, and a quicker initial harvest.Benefits from cutting would be uniformity. I would only grow an entire crop from cuttings if I had previously grown the same clone. You don't want and entire crop of bad bud.
