Hello, i just came across a grow site that sells green leds. It says “It will not disturb the plant’s growth” but does that mean that u have to put it during the day and it’s juste an extra light or fo u put it at night and it will protect your plants of any other light that might cause reveging? if it’s none of the above please help me out haha.

They are meant to be used in dark time so you can see your plants without disturbing them.
But its based on the idea green light is reflected which is only partially true. Green light is used by plants.
