Well sure hope i havent screwed up, My tap water has chlorine and chlorimine in it so yesterday by some water coditioning drops from my local hydro store added just a couple drops to my 1 gal water jugs, gave my girls a big drink this morning, my ph of soil has always hovered around 7 or hair under, now they are at like 6.2 to 6.0 after this watering, am i just getting a ph reading of the moisture in the soil or did it drop it some how? i have dolomite lime in my medium and its suppose to stabilize ph.
Medium is FFOF amended with dolomite hi cal lime, worm castings kelp meal and tomato tone.

Your soil ph is way more important than your water ph because the soil will always buffer the water ph. Unless your water ph is WAY off, there really is no reason to adjust your water ph level.

put the water in a bucket and let it sit for 24 hrs the chlorine will evaporate or get a charcoal water filter that fits on the facet.
I am aware of this but most cities now use chloramine which doesnt evaporate off, why i bought the water drops to get rid of it.
