useing sensi grow&sensi bloom with fox farm`s ocean forest???

i just picked up some fox farm ocean forest potting soil and i was wondering if it would be safe to use these nutes with it without getting nute burn,advanced nutrients sensi grow A&B and sensi bloom A&B and big bud. Because i have heard because of the ammount of nutrients in the potting soil already that you need to be careful with nutes. so can anyone give me some advice on this?? should i just use half of what i use with my other potting soils?? i use the full recommened amount of these nutes i got from the advanced nutrients website with my other potting soils, just generic potting soil i got from k mart and what not.

Every plant is different so what I do is start with a smaller amount and see what happens an judge from there. Like when you try oxyclean you do test spot first, I know bad analogy but it's what came to mind first.
