Using a a cell phone camera? Try this program!!!

I ran across this just a minute ago. It's called Mobile Photo Enhancer.

It's really simple and easy to use. Plus you can do batches of photos at once (with the same settings) which is nice. I use a microSD card in my phone to save pics, so all I have to do is select all from that card and let 'er rip.
