What’s the mix ration per 16oz of water? Everything gives gallons... I don’t water by gallons. Shit!

It is. 16oz is 1/8 gallon. So whatever it says per gallon, just divide that number by 8 and that's what you want to use per 16oz...

There are conversion calculators on the internet, but you should do the math, its a good and simple exercise that will come across forever in life.
