Using CBD for Hidradenitis Suppurativa?

I hope everyone is doing fine tonight, I had a question regarding using CBD's to treat Hidradenitis Suppurativa? Does anyone have any actual experience using them? What application method did you use? Or any helpful information would be very helpful. Someone close to me has HS and it is a little on the extreme side, she has spots under her breast, armpit and groin area, I would love to be able to change someone's life and I am grateful for any information.
