No one knows if my state is a Medical State or not. OR if I'll pass the seeds onto a grower in a Medical State.

The seeds are packaged stealthy.

Rule # 1 go to the bank and buy a pre-paid visa gift card. Rule # 2 never use your real name and do not send them to where you intend to grow if possible.

Thats weird where you live they wont deliver to an unknown name.Guess your area sucks if you had a realative or friend temporarily living there and they need thier mail or try to get some mail there.I have never seen that must be a country bumbpkin town...Ebay and pay pal wont restrict your account for hydro equiptment. Im a power seller for years and sell and buy hydro and grow stuff weekly. What likely happened is you made a large purchase close to the holidays and then ebay and paypal saw it as a apossible theft flag . Usually what they do is restrict you until you call paypal to confirm your purchases. Usually they call you and leave a message to return a call to paypal. They never restrict for grow equiptment.You may have also noticed the power sellers who sell nothing but nutes and systems and lights with 10 of thousands of reviews. Its all perfectly legal.Call paypal and ask and they have to tell you. More then likely it was a possible fruad hold.You also have daily spending restrictions unless you get approved for no restrictive daily limits.

I havent bought any seeds with my credit card since I used it to buy gardening supplies looks a little to supicious plus records have to be kept
for years
but what do i know first time growing on my back

Dr. chronic does not save your information and they are located in England or Ireland. They are very safe.

anywhere other than banks do prepaids? local walmart doesn't,also at what balance do they start asking questions? names, addresses, etc?

anyone know any good ways to send cash in the mail? is there any safe way? is there any way to figure postage outside the usa?

I think I ordered 12/15. I have the Dr.'s send confirmation dated 12/17. Nine days to delivery once the shipment was confirmed. Would have been less time without the Winter Solstice Consumer Celebrations.

Now I have Willie Nelson and Black Domina. Hehehe....

The packaging sucked. My stuff was folded in a piece of cardboard. Folded only once in a standard envelope! Shit was rattling everywhere. The envelope had a professional appearance. The stuff was fine.

I like your idea of the pre-paid credit card under an alias, ordering from a computer at kinkos or alternate internet cafe, and using a mailing address that isn't my own.
Can you tell me where I can get one of those cards without having to show ID or give any real info about me?
I recently moved so I have no buddys whose address I can have the package mailed to. Any recommendations for alternate mailing addresses? What do you know of the security with post boxes?
I'm open to your suggestions. You've got a good head on your shoulders.

Everyone is so paranoid. If the police reprimand you for ordering seeds online, then you did something else wrong. If you are going through all the trouble of the prepaid cards, ordering at kinkos, diff address, etc., you should probably know that there are records of every post you have made on this website and if the police really wanted you, they already have you.
