Using light stretch for lst.

Hi riu!, Has anyone ever used a method where you might set the light well of to the side of a plant let it grow towards it then pin it and centralize the light as a form of lst?

I've heard of it, but in my opinion it's a waste of time. I would suggest just waiting until it gets tall enough to use LST. Either way she's going to grow and at least if you have the light at a decent height they don't stretch and get thin and fragile. This is just my opinion bro. Cheers!-G.I.JOSE
