Using old marijuana as fertilizer

can you dry and powder your old stems and leaves and use them as a fertilizer? seem like it would have the perfect ratio of nutrients. i searched on here and couldn't find anything. also googled to no avail. TIA

It wouldn't be a perfect ratio for sure. They are made of cellulose. Plants uptake inorganic compounds. Just stick with the normal NPK.
