uv grow room glasses?

so ive been growing for several years, and ive never wore eye protection! my eyes are starting to bother me and im looking onto buying some glasses for the room.. I veg with mh and flower with hps! does anyone wear glasses in there rooms, and if so what kind? I looked on amazon cause that's where I buy most of my shit from, and they have yellow, green and blue lenses? just wondering which ones to order? gimme some advice or info fellows! thanks in advance

Any sunglasses will block UV.
I've got some with blue lenses that work well for HPS. They filter out the amber and make things look normal.
