Uvalde, TX Moral Center of the Universe

For those of you that don't know, Uvalde is a Texas town. Population = Who gives a fuck?

Well a nice man decided the citizens of Uvalde shouldn't have to drive to San Antonio (the nearest big city) for the smoking needs. So he opened a head shop just off the "downtown" area.
