Nice!!, I wasn't comfortable building my own so I bought one, curious how much that cost ya to build since I got my 3gal for 140

if i add all the driving,time making phone calls,time researching online, buying tools, its a bit of initial investment. as far as materials go it can be made anywhere from 50-80 bucks, depending on what you use and where you get stuff from and if you cheap out on something along the way.
mine is a 6 qt container. 9" tall 7 1/4" wide. perfect for personal sized batches of BHO.
I currently have 2 built, sitting on my garage table. PM me if anyone is interested.
hes a pic of it next to a 12oz aluminum can.

nice chamber mang, you dont need much.. i like your quick disconnect as well..
here is my chamber. as it is, it cost:
1/20th of a 12 dollar yoga mat roll = $0.60
1/2inch in acrylic lid = $7
pyrex dish = $10
gauge from deceased big ass vac it pro. happy i aint trying to vac 3 gallon + solvents anymore. ~ $20?
the yoga mat was just a quick idea, i went and picked up some 1/8th inch rubber gasket making material.. hope to make a few more of these. :]
so, approx cost = $37.60
forgot to mention, i got a quick disconnect as well.. i wrapped my barbed fitting with painters tape, i can slide my hose right on and off, enough seal to get me to 29.5 and lock it :]

Have a exact size in mind and ask if they sell pieces that size or if they have a scrap box you can dig thru.
Also try car audio shops, ones that build custom speaker boxes. if they dont have any scraps they can probably point you in the right direction.

We buy remnants from Multi Craft Plastics in Tigard. A larger shop that Tap here locally and lots more scrap at $2/lb.

Stainless steel has made my job easier.. no more breaking tubes! And I think the steel cost me about 1/4 of my glass per tube..

It indeed does, each small one hods 2 zips and the 4 big ones hold a QP and the big one a HP
