Valley OG (Not SFV)

Anyone have any experience with this strain? The place I got it from, PNC, had what seemed like a very knowledgeable old-timer working there. He said this was his preferred OG, very potent and tasty, with 'superior genetics'. He did mention that I should extend flowering time longer than what I would expect (they'll look ready, he said, but let them go a few weeks to a month longer, and they'll get insane). He did make sure and specify that this was Valley OG, not SFV (San Fernando Valley) OG, which they also had in stock. You'll notice in the pictures that one of them is a lot larger than the others, he kind of chuckled when he gave me this one, saying "see what you can do with this vine".

This is my 1st time growing, I'm using the canna-coco system, and doing 4 of these. When I first got them, they didn't have nearly the root structure that one would want before transplanting them (according to the Jorge Cervantes DVD, mine didn't even have the roots that he considered 'not good for a couple days'), but I didn't realize that at the time, I just immediately stuck them in my coco and started pouring (the correct amount of) nutes on them, as well as misting them.

day2 after transplant. they continuted to stay somewhat droopy, also developed yellowed/dieing edges to the leaves, and the leaves that didn't appear to have the yellow started 'curling'.

day 8/9 after transplant. It appears they have finally gotten over the transplant shock. New growth shoots are starting everywhere.

As of yesterday the fourth, most stubbron/small plant, finally started getting some promising growth as well. I stopped misting them a few days ago, and leaf curling stopped. One thing that the cana-coco DVD neglected to mention, when it suggested misting, was to make sure and PH your non-nutriented misting spray (which I didn't). This is probably why my misting was a bad thing (7.0+ ph water), but I don't want to chance it and start misting again with good pHed water, just to check.

Basically I'm sticking to the grow guide given by Canna, and I'm going to use the longer duration, when given options for times of phases.

Once again, this is my first grow, so I'm sure i've done a lot wrong so far, but I'm getting help along the way via internet + IRL hydro store + dispensaries. What I'm really curious about, is anyone with experience with this specific strain. I would like to know everything I can about it.

Right now I have them under a t5 4' 4lamp, then they'll be going under a 600w flowering.

Eventually i'll be wanting to have cycles going.

Sweet post mate, and nice work bringing them around too. Sorry I don't have info' on the strain not grown it but I'll be watching this grow for sure.

day 15ish

Notice the plant in the front left is droopy and yellowish? I'm trying to figure out the cause, I'm thinking either overwatering or ph/nute lockout.
I always water my plants with 5.8 water. Today, for the first time, I collected runoff in a cup and measured it (I only watered the 3 healthier ones). My runoff was ph 6.2 and the ppm was up at like 1200. This is making me think that my PH is rising inside the soil (locking out key nutrients), as it tends to do in my water container that I leave out. Should I water my plants with 5.6-5.7 for a couple cycles, to bring this down?

Another weird problem i have, which is a little hard to see, is with the large plant on the right. The upper part of it's leaves became skinny, textured, pale, and started tacoing up, and also stopped growing. New growth branches have started towards the bottom instead. Is this anything to be concerned about?

I purchased some cal/mag supplement yesterday to help out w/the canna line, as I keep noticing leaf problems that sound a lot like mag defficiency. I just fed them with this + my normal nutes (900 total ppm) at the same time this picture was taken.

Quick question, is powdered sulfur legit as an additive for plants that could possibly have a sulfur defficiency, or do i need a different type of sulfur? The powdered sulfur I bought looks like this:

I'm just using a ghetto cameraphone, 1.3mp, for these pics, sorry for quality. Let me know if anyone wants a closeup of one of the plants

How long do you think I have to figure out what the problem is w/the front left plant, before it's basically too far gone to save?

Give mea close up of the smallest and the biggest..

It could be over water or not draining right which would seem odd if they are all in the same system

Any help/info/insight would be appreciated.....
Ill try to help if i can.Nice choice of strains..

small sick plant. too much water?

This bushy plant hasn't grown much taller lately, just wide.

Long vine plant. Growth has stopped at the end it seems, most of the growth is in new shoots close to base.

My 4th plant (not pictured in this post) started off the smallest, and lately has taken off to be largest (besides that vine) and healthiest.

I manually water them. I didn't realize that i was supposed to water them enough to have runnoff, until a week or so ago. I just finally tested runoff recently and it was like 1250ppm ... making me think i had nutes building up in the soil (runoff ph is 6.2 while i always feed them w/5.8 ). I've been feeding them with about 850-900 ppm nutes lately (as per recommendation of the canna coco feeding chart). I'm really wanting to just flush out the sick plant with near 0ppm water, but i don't want to drown and kill it.

I'm only using Canna coco ingredients, up until last water batch, when I also included some cal-mag.

Is that sulfur I linked a pic of above, sulfur powder, useable as a water/coco additive?

So these were all clones from the same mom??????????
It looks like it could be overwater for the first one but to be honest she looks okay.
Put the sick one in soil and see how she looks then.Because i relaly cant identify the problem. If they are clones im surprised they all dont look like that.

Yeah, they're all clones from the same plant supposedly. Since I'm watering them by hand, I'm guessing I could have watered that one too much, going to just try letting it dry out i guess.

Duke you are using a eco grower just for show? I thought you had it in hydro.omg....Flush your soil out and slowly pick up the nutes..

Yeah i had some hand-me-down equip from a friend, figured the conatiners were good so i wouldn't have to change the drainage often, I got rid of it + just put them on trays so i could put them in a line (for better light).
I'm using coco, should I flush it the same as soil? Should i add some h202 and use an airstone on the water before I flush? Thanks a ton for your help by the way, I'm a complete noob @ this, all i know is basically what I've learned online + from the hydro store in the last couple weeks.
