still trying to decide.... i may just have to make a tincture first, because the first thing that comes to mind is creme brulee and you can't put butter in that....

damn my post got deleted, your lucky i love food.

ok so you can try recipe #3 of my cook book thread which is a great recipe. You can substitue prawns or lobster if you wish

if your feeling adventerous then I have a recipe for you.

go too all recipes and find a recipe for sweet dough or sweet pasta dough.

you will need 1 recipe pasta dough cut into 12 2' squares
cream cheese or mascarpone if you can get it
strawberry pie topping.
1 recipe prepared Creme' Anglaise about 10 mins ahead of time.
Mix all the cheese and filling together untill well incorporated. Its better to process so it breaks up the strawberries a bit.

flour your surface and place 6 of the squares down in a row. Pipe in about a nickle sized dollop of the filling onto the pasta. Now take the other 6 pieces of pasta and place them on top and crimp the edges with a fork. (make sure they are sealed correctly or they will leak) Get a pan with some oil going and fry these untill they are golden brown.

I promise if you take you time and do it right you will be in desert heaven. serve with a small scoop of vanilla gelato.
