I made a cheap vaporizer out of a light bulb its really different than just smokin a joint, to me its a different kind of high.

That's where you're making your mistake: it's not smoke ... it's actually 'smokeless' (or very close to it depending on the vaporizer) which is why it really is much healthier. The whole idea of vaporization is to eliminate the breathing of smoke, which the better ones do an excellent job of. You are really just breathing in warm air which contains the 'vapors' from your weed. (I just recently read a study on vaporizers ... they tested 2 groups of people, one group using vaporizers, the other smoking joints ... the vaporizer group had higher levels of THC in their systems, which explains why vaporizer users report an improved high.)

I am on my seconds vaporizer, the first one broke after about 3 months, a cheapy from a local store. Now I have a herbalaire, it is much better and like other people said the weed last longer, the high is better, and the high last longer.
Plus you can reuse the leftovers for hash or cooking.

Just got my first after 35 years of conventional combustion.
The first two sessions wer a bit odd...But as the effects settled in... *whoooo-hoooo!*
I got one of the Vapir one 5.0 units. Having no experience with vaoprizing, I am learning....

Haven't used a vape yet, but I've heard awesome things. Supposedly they are much healthier for the lungs, which is a major + for me cause I love to run.
Actually, came real close to buying a traveling vaporizer today at my local headshop. It looked sicc, and was only $60. (kicking myself)

I got an Aromed a lil while ago, after owning both a VaporGenie and a Volcano. I would take my Aromed over the Volcano anyday, its way chill for smoking between 1-3 people, for bigger groups a Volcano is more appropriate.

Because there is still THC left, it's not like you get 100% and you can still get crazy high with the leftovers.
