Imagine that, we differ on what an improvement would entail. I still like you though.

Anyhow, obedient cannon fodder was always the goal of Kaiser Wilhelm.
He's the Prussian overlord from the 1800s that wanted schools to create an obedient class of soldiers and mill workers etc. Oddly enough that's the same school model brought to the USA by Horace Mann (a control freak) in the mid 1800s.

Hey, while I'm here, did you have time to think about the question I asked in post #159 ? Or will you be busy getting your 37th booster shot ? :D

“Under 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22 – Standards of responsibility: Paragraph (b), which addresses “Unavoidable adverse side effects; warnings” states, “(1) No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.”

It’s only been this way for 34 years…

The prep act of 2020 was a response to an emergency situation, however, vaccine manufacturers have had immunity from lawsuits for PROPERLY MANUFACTURED vaccines for a long time. They can be sued for an improperly manufactured vaccine, and physicians can be sued for prescribing a vaccine in an inappropriate situation. There are some people who are harmed by properly manufactured vaccines. The government has three separate
programs to help those people. The covid vaccine is already covered by these programs, and there hasn't been one successful claim yet.

I'm curious why the Prep Act of 2020 was needed if they were already immune ?


I've heard that the Vaers reporting system usually under reports adverse reactions, but even if you take it as is, it doesn't paint a pretty picture.

I'm not a fan of qualified immunity and think it illustrates a kind of master / slave relationship, but in this kind of slavery people get corn syrup and Football on Sunday.

Fuck qualified immunity and those who hide behind it. I'm for equal rights!

It was needed to cover the phrase "properly manufactured", there is legal ambiguity during an emergency, no way to say if a thing is being properly manufactured when there hasn't been time to set up a procedural guide to it's manufacturing. Anyone hurt by the vaccine has recourse to the same three programs everyone else does.
