You could but your not going to get amazing results....I'll leave it at that.
use the search bat and read a lot more about growing on this website before you start anything

this light and flowering would be out now, so my next question would be, would i go all the way up TOO flowering with this light.
Its not impossible but its not very efficient either. Be a good light to veg in but I would opt for something with a bit more ass kicking power to flower ladies.

Its like a normal car around a race track, yeah it will get there but a 1000hp race car will obviously do a more spectacular job !!

Right. I do plan on getting the proper flowering light asap and i see that the link to the one posted above seems a very intriguing candidate, but as i read somewhere else, i dont want/have the ability to make good ventilation because it will a closet type grow, but i will have a fan in there if that would be sufficient enough.

Come on man, do some research, or follow a couple threads, a couple guys here got killer CFL grows, but here is a link to my last one.

Well instead of going HID (high heat output) you could go with more CFL's but with more CFL's comes more heat. LED would be an awesome way to go,low heat output good light output in the right spectrums, except you will be looking at investing some decent money but in return you get less heat and less power consumption. Which means you save money on ventilation and electricity in the LONG RUN. Initially will be a decent ammount you will need to outlay. All up to what you can afford and how you wanna do it mate.

Bakatare666 is right, Dont be lazy and do some research. Most of the questions you have will more than likely have already been asked on here. Make it easy mate, do some research. Can only learn by striving to gain knowledge.

The last grow I did, was my first indoor, and CFL both, and I only had 98w, (52w of 2700k and the rest was 5000k) CFL to veg with, and that's all I had until a couple months into flower when I added a bunch more 2700k to bring it up to a total of 305w and that is what I finished with, finally pulling 2.71 oz dried and cured.
Enough to make me happy.
Right now, I;m vegging these two plants with about 250w of mixed 2700k and 5000k for 42 days now, and gonna go until maybe the end of May, or around there before I put them outside.
