veg question!!!!!!

so I have a plant almost 2 wks old from seed that I had growing under 12 and 12 because I only have one grow room and I have another plant flowering. I just harvested that plant and was wondering if I can switch the light cycle back to 18/6 without herming my plant. Please help me out!

I beleive it will be fine as long as you increase in incriments. Dont do it all at once, maybe increase the light 30-40 mins a day until you can get it to 18/6
Wait for further confirmation from someone more experienced than me though, im not 100% about this.
