vegging led light?

hi everyone
just been looking at the ufo lights, ive seen a lot on these previously and im not interested at this point in trying to flower with one, but id like to get one for vegging...

my question is, for vegging will i need a 90w + or would one of these cheapo ebay 15w jobbys be good enough?

im thinking no..but thought id ask incase anyone has experience with these cheapo ebay leds

I have a 90w led. (wanna buy it?). I tried vegging 4 plants with it and only got to about the third set of leaves before they were stretching. I think they are ok for propagation but not worth the cost. I think led will be the future, but we're just not there yet. Granted, "they" need early adopters to fund the progress, I just don't want to be an investor.
