Vegging with just 65w QB

Hey I have a small veg tent. If I'm only using 65w quantum board. Am I right in thinking even though it's only 65w, if I veg for long enough they will still get to a decent size compared to using 300w and less time?

The tent is 2x2. I normally get 4 15L pots in there and LST them.

I'm just hoping I'm not sacrificing any yields. In flower tent I have 500 actual watts LED.

I have 3 X 23w (69w total) of led boards in a small veg area too, about 1ft X 2.5ft and it did fine for vegging. Slow but it still worked.
If you really are not worried about time then go for it, but it will be slow going. I vegged 4 plants from seed until they reached about 12", topped them all as well.
