i know plants dont use as much CO2 when the lights are off, but i was wondering. i have a 8x8x6 room with a 6in intake and a 6in exshaust inline fan with a 5000btu a/c unit.my light is on at night to use freash air to cool the room and the a/c unit is used during the night cycle to drop temp in room. can i put both my intake and exshaust fans on timers to turn off for a 30 min and on for 15 min. they stay on when the light in room is on but am trying to save wear and tear on a/c unit. figure if i was not moving the air so fast when the light was off the a/c would not work as hard cooling the room. i know fan speed controlers would work great but i cant afford them at moment but i do have 2 timers on hand. so will it hurt my plants to leave all the osilating fans in the room on for circulation but turn off the intake and exshaust fans for 30 min at a time when the lighs are out?
