Ventilation, Fan and Carbon Filter...I need help!

Gday,

Im not too sure how I should set up my system.

I've got:
- Carbon Filter (150mm x 500mm)
- 400w HPS Cooltube
- 150mm Fan (25W, 250CFM)

So how should I set it up?
a) Cooltube -> Fan -> Carbon Filter (with the carbon filter outside the tent, so that will be my exhaust)?
or
b) Carbon Filter -> Fan -> Cooltube -> Ducting out of tent?
or
c) other...?

Do I push or pull though the carbon filter? b) seems better to me, but Im not basing that on anything. Just seems more right...

Im want to have a passive intake, hence only the one fan.

Am I on the right track or am I going about this all wrong?

Please set me straight.

B is the way to go, but you can use different variations.

i personally only have my aircooled hood and filter in my closet, each has its own fan but mounted in my attic/loft.
