Ventilation, fans, filters....

Hey guys so I'm hoping you can help me out yet again in regards to ventilation.

I plan to run a 600watt in a 4x4x6.5 foot (120x120x200cm) grow tent. I would like to know what sort of fan would be a good option to keep the heat down? It cannot be too loud either, I'm happy to pay up to about 300 but will go higher of have too.

It will be summer here soon to so ambient room temp might get up to like 30degrees Celsius at times.

I was tthinking perhaps something that moves 600cubic metres per minute? I thought I cubic for for each watt of light?

Last time I grew I had a 99 problems and ventilation was all of them!

Sorry one last thing is I would be using very little ducting so won't lose too much power.

What's better a centrifugal or inline?

Can I attach the carbon filter directly to a reflector or do I have to use ducting?

If you use ducting between the filter and the reflector you won't have the hassle of balancing them as you raise the light.

And if you're willing to do something like this you could save money by buying a cheap fan.

I purchased a Vortex brand inline 6" fan and have it pulling through a 6x22" filter and it also has an integrated backdraft damper. I got it from e-bay shipped to the door for $175.
It is powerful, quiet and fully compatible with a speed controller if one is needed.
