Venting smell out throught dryer vent in apartment complex

If it's filtered, sure, but I wouldn't want to risk creating a funk that would draw attention, and / or suspicion.

Save up for a filter and use that instead.

if you cycle the air out 24/7 there wont be a smell in there. unless you pumping a shit load of plants. the dryer vent is a good idea . also just burn candles . there cheap burn candles 24/7 as well will absorb some weed smell.

I don't recommend burning candles, as it is an obvious fire hazard. Also, the candle smell would not absorb the "weed smell", it would just mask it a little. Do it right the first time, filter the garden odor and if need be exhaust it out the dryer vent.

Carbon filter --- inline exhaust ---- dryer vent.
I would use a one-way duct coupling (has spring loaded flaps inside, lets air only go one way) on the weed exhaust, that way you dont get air coming into your room when the dryer is on. May not be necessary if your exhaust is running all the time, i dunno, something to think about

Don't even plan on hooking up a dryer.
