verizon phones

So soon my contract with ATT will be up and we may be switching to verizon. So i was wondering if any verizon users have any good suggestions, since i dont keep up with verizon. So im looking for a phone that has lots of game apps, a touch screen and a good camera/video. I prefer a solid keypad but i can deal with touch keypad. I saw the droid incredible and the X they look pretty good. I like the incredible cause of the 1 ghz snapdragon processor. I hate phone lag.

I also saw the droid 2 is coming out or something.
I know verizon is getting the iphone in January but thats too late for me.

if you get a cool phone like that, pretty much any touch screen from verizon, expect to pay almost double what you would with just a normal flip phone or messaging phone


all i can say is i have this phone, and its pretty sweet

If its between the Droid x and the HTC incredible. Go incredible. I have one. It's epic. The Droid x is way to big. My uncle has one and I played with it. It's hard to use one handed.

The Droid 2 has a nice keyboard but I don't like Motorola. Also all 3 have 1ghz processors. But the incredible seems the snapiest of all the phones. Go to a Verizon booth and try all 3 and make a final opinion. Don't go with anything but Android on Verizon. Blackberrys are outdated. And the iPhone isn't coming in January. That's just rumor. Att has 5 year exclusivity. It came out in 2007. Do the math.

i have the budget for whichever phone i need, not to sound smug. I forgot to add that, ive been saving up for a nice phone for a while.
Yea the incredible looks good. I think its best for me to go try some phones there but i wanted to get an opinion on some phones to see if theres any i can just knock out to save my time.

If you want a keyboard...the Droid 2 is your only viable GOOD option. But if you don't mind the excellent HTC touchscreen keyboard then Incredible all the way.

Also the videos and pictures on my incredible are pretty fucking nice.

yea i just watched some videos and the incredible is a really nice phone. Very well made with the red underlining and stuff. Im really impressed.

does the incredible have the 3dtilt function like the iphone where like in flying games you just move the phone around to turn?

I had verizon for 5 years....never will go back...Fucking theives. I am not into all of the phone tech thats out there, but for two lines we were paying $120 a month and we didnt even get unlimited minutes, or internet...so....fuck them. We went with Boost. Way better deal. No worries about minutes, text limits, net usage, or a stupid fucking contract.

^I always hated boost cause whenever i would send a text some people wouldnt get it for hours, and that shit is annoying.
