also like my 3 rd 400 hps bulb burtout in 2 months i belive it is the cheap ballist from htg that does them in i had nothing but bad luck whith the htg cheapos
the digtals are defently the way to go

wow ns job, beautiful plants , deep green .i been seeing the vert. lights lately, does it give you more yield?i'll be tuning in on your bro. i jus do 2-600 watt hortilux bulbs and a 250 MH for veging clones.,.

i would say read up on it this is my first vert but will have results in 5-7 weeks :weed:

also i have heard very good results upto 1.7 gpw whitch would be insane i would be more then happy whith 1.0gpw

no doubt, as long as i use air cooled i can keep mine 8 inches from the top,but the vert seems like a good i dea.i'm watching bro.

for those interested yes vertical growing does increase yield over a flat garden for three reasons.

first of all because you are not using a reflector, you are not bouncing light around the the hood which means you are losing less light.
second because you have the plants positioned around the bulb, you are using the full energy of the bulb with minimal wasted light that goes onto the floors and walls.
lastly because you are putting plants in essence on top of each other, you can have a larger canopy in a smaller space which means more plants.. and more plants generally means more yield

train a few branchs
install new fan another heat duck move plants took bunch of pics up loaded going to bed :hump:
