i've got a sulphur burner lying around don, any good for you? you could run a sealed unit with one of these and an a/c, all you would need is some co2 and your set

waaaay overkill for my lowly 1.2m tent at present but i appreciate the offer none the less kicks. i'm looking at co2 but for brewing not growing lol.

Hopefully I have one of those now. Time will tell. She might be moving in next August with her daughter. That's one way to be a dad real quick. Hahahah. I hear you on the cooking bit Don. Shit gets old cooking everyday especially if you're only cooking for yourself. Such a PITA that is. I think the QQ will net me around 2-2.5. I'll let you know later tonight. All that's left after the QQ is another DP and another antidote. The next round is more of the same genetics for now. Then I should be set for the BR, SE, and GGxWF (in solo cups right now, should xplant in the next week or so to 2 gallon pots). I also have new QQ and SC going with the other new strains to see if I can find my previous phenos I liked. Still waiting on the new BB gear to get here. But that's to be expected being it was only ordered 2 weeks ago (thanksgiving weekend).

G that antidote has a nice calming effect and has a fuelish smell and taste to her. Very much a body high. Kinda like it especially after a long days work.

Lowly my ass buddy we know you grow the dank. lol. But that wasn't me on the sulphur burner though bud, it was ghb. What are you looking to brew this next time? Any hefeweizen? My favorite just so you know. I love my ales and darker brews as well though.

A sulpher burner burns sulphur lol. I actually made one for myself to combat Powdery Mildew. I bought granulated sulphur that would have laster for years if I ever used it more than a couple times. You warm up the sulphur and it vaporizes or whatever... gets airborne. The sulpher coats the leaves with sorta almost a powder, or just a coating of sulphur. It changes the pH of the surface of the leaves making it the wrong environment for PM to live. I made a diy one that didn't work very well... actually it worked too well and everything was a sulphury mess. It turned out fine, but yeah, was trippy stuff to mess with.

EDIT: i'm not ghb, but I enjoy answering like I am.

Sounds like a hell of a process to get rid of PM. Luckily I haven't had an issue with PM. I scrub my grow space down after each grow, might be what helps.

I noticed you weren't ghb mostly by the colorful avatar. Has anyone else noticed any changes using their mobile on RIU full site? The handles (screennames) are so freaking small now.

yea thanksgiving slows down the post office over here. All holidays seem to slow them down really.

So the results of the QQ are in. No where even close to what I guessed initially. 47g, about 9g shy of two zips. I also picked out a fuck ton of pips from the QQ. So I have QQ x SC f1's.

I also toked the banana puff last night. It's really smooth. Nice banana peel taste (sounds weird I know) with a chem taste when rolling the smoke around. Then exhale is a combo of the two. Nice high as well although not as heavy of a body high as the antidote. I really like it. Down side of it though…there's pips in that one as well. BP x SC f1's. So I'm guessing I have pips on all the strains with the dad being that SC I had sectioned off in my room.

Note to self no, NO, breeding until I have a completely separate room for males. It's cray how easy they got pollinated by simply doing nothing.

It's not much of a process really. Just buy a burner and sulpher and plug it in. And I think the biggest thing for avoiding PM is keeping temps from getting too cold, keeping humidity getting too high, and keeping lots of airflow in the room. I don't know though, I've had PM a few times, so i'm probably not the one to ask how to keep from getting it in the first place haha.

EDIT: Just one more reason to get a big gal... they like food and know how to cook.

Glad I could provide a laugh. lol. That kinda big ain't really my thing. But I wouldn't knock anyone for it. It's personal preference. I don't particularly care for the skinny as bones chics though either other than the ability to pick em up and putting em up against a wall to smash. Hahah. The girl now is about 140 ish. Healthy in my opinion. I'm going to visit her this weekend as a matter of fact. Kinda looking forward to it. Her and her munchkin. It's cray that infants scare me but toddlers and up are a breeze and fun to hang around in a noncreep way.

The other girls in my life are doing aright too. One of the DPs and the other Banana puff are getting jarred today. The new set up seems to be working well in the flower tent. Although I haven't had to do much tying back since my initial work at it. I have a couple monsters in there with a couple little shits. Lol. The antidote I have in veg is looking overwatered but it hasn't had anymore than the other strains the same age (basing off the look of the leaves). Weird really. I hope by letting it dry a little will correct it. If not then I'll need to germ some new antidote. Eerything else is looking great though. The GG x WF and BR seedlings are looking nice. Both have a bulbous leaf structure (not something I've seen before). And after this weekend I'll have my BB gear so dog off here I come.

life ain't over for ya, it's just been restructured where you're not the center of your own world anymore. That I'm sure definitely takes some getting used to.

That would be cool as shit to have a fellow RIUer up the street. I could walk those pips to you as well. The soil game isn't for everyone. I love soil but I have noticed that the yields aren't there (at least not until I get things further dialed in). But I think that's about to change with the next couple grows. I'll trade certain "dud" phenos for my preference of phenos. Definitely one f the things I need to work on. Tossing the shit ones. Like my current SC isn't killer but that's half the fun of pheno hunting to me. I have found a keeper on the banana puff I think (that frosty one so long as it smokes well…find out this weekend). Looping back onto topic (sorry for the tangent), jig your tube setup is kinda your signature thing man. I still think its cool as hell that you have soil a go. I'm gonna stick with it. Got my BB gear in. Now I just need to make room for them in veg. I've decided to scrap the QQ I just harvested for next round. Just not what I'm looking for in my smoke. So that frees up a little space. I have two of the frosty BPs in veg (they were clones taken from flowering) and one looks scraggly. There's two spaces and voila room in veg. Now to select which BB pips. One is def gonna be dog, then I'm thinking blue pit, not sure on the third.

Well as of right now the blue pit, dog and engineers dream are germing. Considering throwing in the PK as well. I have a shit ton of strains going currently though. Just need them to get a little further along to sex the BR, SE, and GGxWF. Those are in 2-3 gal pots right now. I have a banana puff mom and sour cherry mom for right now. Working on the others.

Yea man thanks to a particular fairy and BB. Although I do have those crosses I accidentally created as well. lol. I work on those once I have the rest of them picked out. The BR and GGxWF look killer based on the node spacing and leaf structure so far.

Im don't think I'll need pips for a while. I think the SCxAntidote kush will be an interesting one to grow out a few. That's down the road though.

Always fun to collect more pips... even if you don't need them. I'm stoked I found someone who doesn't mind growing out s3eds, I hate it. It's cool cuz I supply the s33ds, they grow them out and hook me up with clones so I can grow.

growing from seed is a real fun adventure i thought it would be your bag. the symmettry of seed plants is awesome for playing around with, always get a good yield from seed too.

It's the multiple spaces thing really. If I go from seed my closet is sitting idle for a long time while they seeds grow and get sexed and all that. So it's a keeping the closet rolling type deal. I've tried multiple spaces before and it just didn't work. Much too much to think about having to take care of two grows. Plus I get so nervous when they are so little. I feel like I'm going to kill them.
