Very late in flowering, root rot.

So basically someone who was taking care of my plant watered improperly and left the fans off, so some root rot developed and its slowly on its way out. It's not drinking any water at all anymore, and the stems are getting weak. Now, I checked the trichomes and they're about 50-50 clear-cloudy so they could be a little more developed and the buds could be way bigger. Basically what should I do? Buy some root helper like SM-90? Transplant? I'm really stuck as to what I should do.

Come on, anyone?

Lets start off with some pictures. A transplant + root medicine sounds like what you need to me. I have never had this problem so please do not take my word for it.
