Very little THC on nice, healthy plants

Can anyone advise a relative newbie as to why otherwise healthy, big plants would have very little THC, 6 weeks into flowering? Could it be because the clones did not come from a good plant? We know the strains and they are supposed to be good produers. We are not making stupid newbie mistakes, I promise. Just cannot understand lack of crystal so far along in the cycle. Any advice would be so helpful. Thanks.:peace:

I used Kool bloom last two weeks to bust out the oils. (Then flush with water for a week)
Its kind of like a cake with out the icing with out some kool bloom or what ever you have, tiger bloom, or?

What do you mean your plants have very little thc??? did you run a gas chromography test? Did you send it to a lab to get tested? Did you follow proprietary methods for extracting cannabinoids from fat?? I don't understand with out any of these things there is no way you could know how much THC your plants have. If your talking about the trichomes that give the plant its frost appeal. Then not every plant will look super frosty. But can be just as dank as some of the frostiest cannabis there is out there. Also wait till you dry and cure it for at least a week or 2. I have grown plenty of strains that didnt look frosty at all in till after i dried and cured it for a little. Hope this helps Happy Growing :)

chances are you didnt get the strain your told...probably started as seed that came from some guerrila grow in mexico and thats where the clone came from.or maybe only 6 weeks of flowering wasnt enough...depening on the strain and your setup..could take up to 10 weeks or more to properly finish.

I know a few big words lol what?? not only have i informed him How to actually test the THC % i also answered his question. Just cuz u get butt hurt and want everybody to use nice polite sentence structure. Dosent mean u have to come on here and act like ur actually helping. I dunno was this a sad attempt at raising you post count or something?. You didnt even help or attempt to help him with ANY part of his question. So just because somebody's more educated then you. Doesn't mean they don't mean well. We dont live in a fairy tale world here buddy :) But i guess ur name says it all huh :/

We used two kinds of "bud candy". We are thinking perhaps we had too high a temp, as it was very warm where we are in addition to our six lights. Our current crop is about 3 weeks from harvest and is covered with sugar, so hopefully it was just that batch of clones/imported seeds. We also got some male seeds, which cost us about 6 plants. We are making sure we NEVER have that issue again. I like males, generally :)
