Soldiers assigned to the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, known as "The Old Guard," conduct military funeral honors for Army Pfc. Francis P. Martin at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va., March 24, 2023. Martin was killed on January 16, 1945, while serving in France during World War II, but his remains were not identified until last year.

A painting shows members of the Scout Battalions of the 297th Infantry Regiment, Alaska National Guard. Composed primarily of Native Alaskan service members, the battalions were formed during World War II to patrol northern and western Alaska, especially the Bering Sea coastline to provide early warning of enemy activities. Painting by Mort Kunstler for the National Guard Heritage Paintings series

Just a heads up to Vets out there.
I caught a commercial on the tube for AffordableConnectivity.gov.
My Hughes net is $88 bucks a month for 25mbps so I filled out some forms and explored other providers.
I shifted over to Optimum @ 300mbs for $40 a month and the ACP covers $30 of that.
I qualified because I'm a vet.
If you're getting retired pay you'll qualify too.
