You are right, and I get your point. My post would have been better
without that last line. It's moot. Those documents mean nothing if not upheld & defended
by/within our system of governance. Sometimes theres some good news though:

It's frustrating that even the most basic right of being innocent until proven guilty
is a political dance back and forth for years, decades. CAF shouldn't even exist.
It's blatanly unconstitutional but has been going on for decades with federal approval.
The main problem is the ignorance of the general population to their rights
and a fool like Kid Rock (or Donald) selling them a lie with targeted marketing.
People who don't know their rights under these documents shouldn't even
be able to vote. Why isn't there a mandatory course in high school on this? hmm.
This is why our elections are a reality show circus.
