I was tired, happy and I thought that others just might enjoy the look on the face of someone who's just seen Heaven... But, someone found it offensive. I was let-go from a Management position for sharing a moment at the end of a day when I'd hiked 22 miles... I was exhausted and I was happy. So I shared.

I showed my Beautiful girlfriend, whom was with me at the time, and neither of us thought anything of it. Well... Fate would have it...

I am all about the empowerment of Women. I was sharing a moment of honesty. Then something happened. I found myself suspended from work and under scrutiny. It was a random vacation picture no different than our former President, Mr Barrack Obama, following his Inauguration...

Since then, I have realized that there is Feminism in the world and that's okay. However, Femi-Nazi-ism is what got me fired and I was left without choices. It is rather unfair, truthfully... and I have a new view today as a result.

Equal opportunity is a right, not something to be promoted. The distribution of outcomes in large groups should be about the same if opportunity is in fact equal. To be true to your question, I'd say ensure equal opportunity, not promote it. Use tracking metrics for outcomes (income equality, for instance) as a check on whether or not people's right to equal opportunity is being honored..
