Video: My Plants are Sad :(

Medium: Fox Farm Happy Frog (recently transplanted to this from using crappy MG soil)(No nutes yet for a few weeks)
Lights: 6 26w 5000k CFL's & 2 26w 27000k CFL's on 18/6

Alright so I know what some of my problem is already, I just want to have more eyes look and see if there's something else I'm missing or could be doing to nurse my babys back to health.

First I know I was overwatering. Every 6 days with the Miracle Gro Moisture Control soil I would fill the small pots with bad ph water (7.8 ) until the drip trays started to fill.

Secondly I know I had the lights too close and was having heat issues. Temps were getting around 93 during the day cycle. I've since moved the lights up a few inches (half a hanger lol) and put the fan up so it's constantly blowing fresh air on them all day (I leave the closet door open). This has brought the temp down to around 80*

Anyone see any other issues I may be having? This started out as just a "Hey lets grow a plant" project but is quickly turning into an addictive hobby and I want to be sure to do as much right the first time as I can. I took this video about a half hour ago. Thanks guys/gals!!:peace:

you might want to try cheering her up. Haven't you ever heard of a marijuana plant committing suicide? lol Maybe all she wants is for you to sing her a song.:hump:

I just spent about 20 minutes with them all, smokin a bowl and telling them to grow up strong and fruitful :)

That's how it all starts just one plant lol, soon you'll be kicking big wattage in a full out water system. Hope you have a speedy recovery!

i prefer starting seeds in a much smaller pot/container.... instead of the plants roots stretching down, once they hit the base of the pot, the stretching will happen on top with the plant... repotting/transplanting is a great way to also see how far along the plant is coming...

agree with the MG as being to much for seeds... you don't want to overkill them with nutes

That's how I started. Once I could see the roots thru the drain holes in the bottom for a few days I pulled them out and transplanted them. All had the base filled up nicely with roots :)
