they somewhat lean in one direction.... I DO like video, we get al9ong but I would hate to see the shit unfold in the direction it heading

Look people i have been here a while and have seen many people want to become moderators. I have been in a few heated debates, as a result you either find and develope a respect or you hate/envy. Either way you have to agree while not all videomans info is right on he is working to help others. But if you elevate yourself to a moderator status its to help control the site. when i joined this site there were less than 1000 users. i was a great place to shoot the shit.


Now we got all these new gardners and homemade pro's babbling shit. people like mogie and videoman share what they have found and also take time out of thier lives to help others. But there all these poeple who NEED to feel improtant. Not the people who spend 2-3 month trolling the board trying to feel important.


As for the moderation it is way too much for a few people to sort through. if a moderator feels that a user is being disruptive or needs a timeout you need to understand this is thier decision. rather than make six pages calling a decision you dont know who made out spend that time helping others.


I am No huge fan of video man either but if he is a moderator Congrats. If he made this decision it is between the moderators to talk this is not OPEN FORUM debate. Use PM's

2/5 of the mods are on vacation at the moment, as for babygro i have I have removed the ban that was placed and sent an email. Our mods are doing the best that they can do. I am not active on the forum because I am busy behind the scenes making sure everything is up to date, security etc...


I am further closing this thread and deleting it within the a week but I do want everyone who has participated in this thread to read my response.

Videoman has a wealth of information and is very helpful although he has been removed from mod status he is an excellent resource for our community.

I hope everyone has an excellent weekend.
