Which Jobes spikes, is it flowering spikes or one for fruit trees?

The all purpose flower is what I use

Have a question. My lower leaves are yellowing and if I'm correct that's a nitrogen overdose? The tops are very green but need to make sure because these girls are looking good. Only the bigger one has a yellowing lower leaves problem. The smaller durban poison is looking fit bit still young and a bigger pot also. Much bigger....35 gal to....not sure maybe 10
