Vitamin C, Shrooms, an XTC

Whats the Vitamin C really good for (i've hurd many diffrant things) on a combanation of shrooms and XTC.

I've always done vit c on various things, not really sure if it amped it up.but when I'm thizzin or trippin it's always a good time.

Nah, its an antioxidant, helps prevent neuronal damage from the MDMA and as well potentiates the psilocin because of its anti-oxidative properties, psilocin can be ionized and pulled apart before it gets to a receptor. When you take vitamin C the enzymes and molecules responsible for psilocins degradation they will be busy taking care of the Vitamin C.

Vitamin C (which has working duties with a lot of antioxidents) is used for 'fuel' if you will. It's not that you use Vitamin C up and need to replenish it, it's that you use a lot of vitamins and minerals during the phychodelic experience. A good example is sweating heavily. Raised levels of persperation aren't always caused by your environment but the phychodelic drug as well. Sweating burns and drains important nourishment for the body. It's not a bad thing, just normal like when you work out or are outside. The trick isn't orange juice although it seems to show the quickest reaction, it's drinking citrus that counts. Any citrus juice is good to drink along with water to help prevent vitamen and mineral depletion.

I was tripping at my fathers house while I had the day to myself and it had been a while since I had tripped. I started to feel nausia and the want to throw up and get the uck out whatever was ailing me. It was only after 5 minutes of hugging the toilet did I remember what I did wrong...I hadn't drank any citrus for hours...low and behold I did not find the OJ in the very back ofthe fridge, but cranberry tangerine juice...and like half a glass left of it. All went well when after comsuming it. I doubt the cranberry helped but the tangerine was the only citrus juice I could find and I wasn't about to suck on a lemon or lime...although I will have to try that next time :)
