Sounds like a good start hope that solves the heat. I am lucky I have a big basement that stays pretty the right temp as long as the heat is exhausted (which it is) and works all year long.

im lucky to live in a mild summer climate. cant immagine doing this shit in texas

I agree with above ^^^^ growing up north (generally ass direction huh?) is hard enough during summer... I cant imagine down south.
