W.t.f. is going on here and why

Growing a blue berry strain. Under a sun system lec315 with 3100k bulb. All looked good till 2 days ago.
Why is it all of a sudden drooping and looking so sickly. The temp has not gotten over 80 degrees, I added a humidifier to help control humidity. Still gets a little higher than I'd like. PPM IS AT A 1000. it just started the fourth week of flower and now I'm pulling my hair out.
It almost looks like it's finished no white pistils, and all is wilting. Like I said 2 days ago this plant was praying to the sun system god

Can you please take some closer up shots of just a single plant with your grow light off? Hard to see what's going on in there from so far back.

I know it may be a simple question but did you water them? Looks like wilt from far away.
