Yup the bright thing is up well shit shit shit I think I broke my collarbone or ripped my male titty muscle it was supposed to get better overnight and I don't think it did I can not even pick up my coffee cup

I'm hoping that it is a tore muscle but my problem is every time I touch my collarbone holy Christ does it hurt
Ice and/or heat? Has that helped yet?
