OMG Aspartame!! Pronunciation of that caused a row with one of my son's girlfriends years ago.
How did she pronounce it?

I laughed and that upset her. I'd never heard anyone mispronounce it like that.
The incorrect way
After I laughed she stomped out and sat in the grass in my front yard and got two, large wet patches on her ass from it. After that she was forever known as Patches to me.
